Keeping Your Smile Healthy: Tips from a Dentist

Acidic foods and drinks, like citrus fruits and soda, can wear down your enamel, making your teeth more prone to cavities. Sugary foods and drinks are also a major culprit when it comes to cavities. Instead, choose healthy snacks like fruits and vegetables, and drink lots of water.
3. Visit your dentist regularly
Even if you're brushing and flossing regularly, it's still important to see your dentist for regular checkups and cleanings. Your dentist can catch and treat problems early, like cavities or gum disease, before they become more serious issues. Regular cleanings can also remove tartar buildup and help to prevent future problems.
